Both my legs are sore. The running fast in the PACM track meet had sour up the muscles. Think of Penang think of laksa. Ain't it a good idea to wallop few bowls the night before the run would be a good idea? It helps to boost up the fiery heat in your system.
After 4 marathons I had been through, all system down after the 30km mark. Having high carbo food the night before the run won't help. Consuming Powergel along the run won't help neither. Why, why, why all burned out just after the 30km?
