The haze's back and the training reduced tremendously. Next week is the Penang Bridge Run. The timing from the SHM is not good either. WHY so anxious about the run?
Ho Ho Ho, I wish this marathon I can achieve a sub-4. Since the training is in such a mess then changed my target to complete it in sub-5. Will make sure to enjoy this run as it is my 1st participation. Reach to the centre of bridge and piss from there and check whether it will dry up before reach the sea.
