Flyer

A beautiful sunday.
Morning heat from the sun streaming down.
But cool clear morning.

Captain Lim came early so is the rest of the team.

When I reached there, Klang Pacesetters members were already busy advertising and distributing flyers on the coming Brooks Pacesetters Bonding Run.
Eventhough most thought as a sales gimmick when we approaced them. But when we explained to them about the run and bonding phylosophy, most listen quite attentively. Overall the response was good. This served a very good awareness introduction that there is a good running club representative in Klang

We hope for a good response from the public on the Bonding Run day.

I receive your query on asthma and running . i feel as an asthmatic after running i feel that when an attack comes , it donesn't feel as bad as a non-runner . Eg normal person pulse rate 75 , when have asthma becomes 85 I think .

Runner pulse rate 65 , when have asthma becomes 75 (like a normal person) !!

Hi, Scorcorn9,

This is the other SH Tan, the secretary of PACM, who is certainly not as popular as Uncle SH Tan!

Just want to let you know that it is most encouraging to know that you guys in Klang are doing so much to make the Bonding Run a memorable one! Glad that you have put your efforts on your blog so that we can read about it. I am so touched. Thank you so much to all of you for all the efforts. See all of you this Sunday. Will pray for lovely weather so that we can all bond with the Klang Pacesetters. Warmest regards, SH
