So it seems the running communities are feeling frustrated. Race day draw nearer and training is tapering down due to the hazy weather. Fear no more as there are other ways to keep your stamina at perk.
No. 1 - go for swim and I mean swim hard and not just casual tai-chi style. If you can run for an hour, do the same as in water. Power up your freestyle or breaststroke.
No. 2 - go for swim again and this time indoor (with a training partner of course), and in your own room dolphin style. Again swim hard. Really hard and furious.
Do it twice a week for No.1 and daily for No.2. Guarantee to keep you fit and in tip-top condition.
