The gang used to gather on this special day of week after dusk for a sweat out run. Today met two new seasoned runners, one named Guna and the other named "I forgot lo". Oh.. age really catching up n memory is so poor now but never forget a race date.
When I reached there, Albert was there then came Peter. Warm up n run a lap then Lim came in.
Done some laps n the left knee telling, slow down getting sour now. Slow down n just jog a lap before shift gear again. 10 laps 1.07. Not bad le? So these two guys, Guna n "I forget lo" is in the M'sia Eco Challenge team. They hope to get into final in Manchester. Good luck to them.
We adjoured to a secluded place for supper. Tell ya, this place real secluded ......................

Wow 10 laps! I've never done more than 9 laps at Tmn Rakyat before. I hope to make it next Wednesday. Take care!
